Each plate is served with so much love and you can taste the amazing flavors of this African country at every bite and for this reason, it is my favorite restaurant in Paris. Located in a vibrant little street in the 19th arrondissement, this cozy restaurant with no big pretention has seen its shares of French/non French celebrities.
At Chez Arnaud, the decor is atypical, focusing on French cinema and vintage music. The owner is friendly, dynamic, and outgoing, aiming to make both you and his celebrity guests feel at home.
The service was impeccable; a smiling and friendly waiter greeted us, eager to ensure our lunch experience was truly memorable. This no-fuss cooking, featuring fresh produce and generous portions, all at a remarkably reasonable price, epitomizes excellent value for budget travelers. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! This establishment is one to visit and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Despite opting for the Fernandel pizza for two, named after the French actor, there are plenty of other enticing options available. While Chez Arnaud is cherished by locals, it also boasts a reputation for hosting famous guests. Among them are/were:
